His interest eventually led him to snowboarding\u2014a sport that has become both his passion and his mission. With vision and determination, he helped establish Afghanistan Snowboard, an organization aimed at nurturing young athletes, creating access to training, and building a local snowboarding culture despite limited infrastructure and challenging conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As Technical Director, Sanjar has been instrumental in developing training programs, organizing events, and mentoring new talent.
